1. Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide. Shipping options and rates will be shown at checkout based on your location.


2. How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday–Friday).

  • US orders typically arrive in 7–10 business days after processing.

  • International orders usually arrive in 10–14 business days, depending on the destination.
    Our order cutoff time is 2 PM PST. Orders placed after that time begin processing the next business day.


3. Can I make changes to my order after placing it?

Yes—but timing is everything. If you need to change your size, color, or shipping address, contact us immediately at sales@wesleybelmont.com. Once your order enters fulfillment, changes may no longer be possible.


4. How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package through the carrier’s website or by using our tracking form here.


5. Do you accept returns?

Yes. We offer a 30-day return window from the day you receive your order. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. Include your order number or order confirmation in the return.

6. When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. If it's been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
